Take the guesswork out of bark tanning and get yourself a barkometer. Know your tanning solution strength to dial in the time your hide(s) stay in the tan and improve the outcome.

Works great! My first one arrived broken and Matt was super easy to deal with and replaced it fully.

I'm glad I bought this for the Basics of Barktan class, especially since I plan to do more tanning in the future

A very fine tool. They are fragile, so if you and a butter fingers like me be prepared to have to order a second one.

Very handy tool to have if you you do home tanning
