Mimosa Tannin Extract

Mimosa extract comes from the bark of the Acacia Mearnsii also known as Black Wattle, grown on tree farms for this purpose. It is a catechol tannin that penetrates the skin very quickly and is frequently used in many types of tanning, including the tanning of lighter skins such as sheep, goat and deer.
